All your billing will be conveniently managed through your online account (accessible to you for viewing 24 hours a day) and monthly statements will be sent to you via e-mail.

Your billing charges for your Voice Internet account will include:

  • A prepaid deposit
(automatically renewable month-to-month, your call time charges and application fees will be deducted from the deposit)
  • Per-minute usage, combining inbound and outbound call rates
  • A minimal monthly product usage fee and
  • surcharge fees (only applicable to some products)

How our automated account replenishment feature works.

If your account balance falls to zero, the account will automatically be suspended until you post a payment and replenish the running balance. To prevent your account from being suspended, we have provided an automated account replenishment feature. When your accounts running credit balance reaches a preset low balance mark, your credit card will be charged by the amount specified in the auto replenishment section of your account interface. If you are a high volume-user, you may elect to increase your low balance marker or your account replenishment value to prevent multiple charges to your credit card during the month.

Other times your credit card will be charged.

There are four different ways your credit card will be charged:

  • For the initial required new account prepayment/deposit
  • Any time your credit balance drops below the accounts low balance marker
  • Recurring charges are billed once a month on the accounts anniversary date
  • You will also be charged if you decide to manually post a payment, change your billing plan or add any services applications to your account

The following Terms of Use constitute The Voice Internet's Billing Policy and apply to ALL customers of The Voice Internet:
